环氧地坪漆的回流系統是怎樣進行改進的
环氧地坪漆醇酸樹脂大分子是由簡單的酯化反應而逐步生成的,酯化反應時有水生成。酯化反應的速度取決於酯化反應生成的水引出反應體系的速度。另外,环氧地坪漆工程中還可用催化劑提高酯化速度。溶劑一般采用二甲苯與水共沸法蒸出反應生成的水,水和二甲苯蒸汽經冷凝後進入分離器,水排除體系外,二甲苯返回反應釜,循环使用。
