1、離心風機答應全壓起動或降壓電動,但應留意,全壓起動時的電流約為5-7倍的額定電流,降壓起動轉矩與電壓平方成正比,當電網容量不足時,應選用降壓起動。

3、試車時人 數不少於兩人,一人操控電源,一人觀察風機工作狀況,發現異常現象當即停機查看;首要查看旋轉方向是否正確;離心風機開端工作後,應當即查看各相工作電流 是否平衡、電流是否超越額定電流;若有不正常現象,應停機查看。工作五分鐘後,停機查看風機是否有異常現象,承認無異常現象再開機工作。
3, the number of people in the test is not less than two people, one person manipulates the power supply, one person observes the working condition of the fan, and finds out the abnormal phenomenon immediately to see if the rotating direction is correct. 4、雙速離心風機試車時,應先起動低速,查看旋轉方向是否正確;起動高速時有必要待風機停止後再發動,以防高速反向旋轉,引起開關跳閘及電機受損。

5、離心風機到達正常轉速時,應丈量風機輸入電流是否正常,離心風機的工作電流不能超越其額定電流。若工作電流超越其額定電流,應查看供給的電壓是否正常。

6、離心風機 所需電機功率是指在必定工況下,對離心風機和風機箱,進風口全開時所需功率較大。若進風口全開進行工作,則電機有損壞的風險。風機試車時最好將風機進口或 出口管道上的閥門封閉,工作後將閥門漸漸敞開,到達所需工況停止,並留意風機的工作電流是否超越額定電流。
6. The power required by the centrifugal fan is larger than that required for the centrifugal fan and fan box when the inlet is fully opened under certain conditions.
