老化房室體結構及用料說明:1、墻體材料:庫體采用雙面彩鋼保溫庫板(EPS板、聚氨酯板或巖棉板)拼裝而成,板材厚度由老化房本身的需求和客戶的要求雙向進行選擇,庫板板材厚度有50mm、60mm、70mm、100mm等規格,彩鋼板的厚度有0.326mm、0.5mm等規格,整個庫體采用鋼架結構,鋁型材等固定支撐,庫體內外采用鋁型材或不銹鋼板包邊;(地面處理部分根據客戶要求),接合處打密封玻璃膠,有效保證房間的密封性與美觀性。(房體材料的燃燒性能符合《建築材料燃燒性能分級》B2級的規定。

風力管道系統符合《通風與空調工程施工質量驗收規范》GB50243-2002標準,通常采用循环系統、加熱系統和超溫排風系統組成。循环系統、超溫排風系統、加熱系統及配套的風道系統安裝於老化房頂部,不占用其它空間,,循环系統采用循环風機和配套風管進行循环,可保證測試區內溫度均勻,加熱系統采用電熱器加熱,加熱器放置於老化房頂上循环風道中,四周加防火隔熱材料。采用PID溫度模塊控制,溫度到達產品所需要溫度後,根據室內溫度波動自動調節加熱器功率大小配合保溫庫板的保溫性,使室內溫度精確穩定在所設定溫度數值可在指定的時間內內將室溫加至設定溫度,當溫度升至設定值時加熱器停止加熱.加熱器具有過熱保護裝置(EGO),如客戶自身產品發熱則采用過熱排風系統,發熱量小采用電動百葉自動負壓排風,發熱量大則采用低噪音風機排風,用變頻器控制其轉速。

The indoor temperature can be increased to the set temperature within a specified time. When the temperature rises to the set value, the heater stops heating. The heater has an overheating protection device. (EGO), if the customer's own products are heated, they use superheated exhaust system, electric louver automatic negative pressure exhaust system with small calorific value, low noise fan exhaust system with large calorific value, and frequency converter to control its speed.

采用兩級PID調節加熱量,實現對測試區(產品區)溫度的精確控制,同時溫度控制器可以對測試區任意溫度進行滾動實時顯示,有獨立負載的還可以對負載區的溫度進行監控,防止負載區溫度過高,方便客戶準確掌握測試區溫度情況。控制系統還設定瞭各種保護功能,有超溫報警保護、風機故障報警保護、無風報警保護、室內煙氣感應報警保護等,完善的保護功能確保瞭老化房能長期穩定無故障運行。(可選PLC來控制)
