燃氣熱風爐的啟動對於沒有司爐工資格的人來說，顯得很神秘。但是燃氣熱風爐的安全運行能很好的保證物質財產和人員的安全。其實，燃氣熱風爐的啟動是有步驟的。隻要按照正確的步驟就能安全印花地坪的啟動熱風爐設備。在燃氣熱風爐點火提前清除爐腔,這在每次點火前應嚴格執行。之後打開熱風爐總電源。啟動氣體燃燒器。當鼓上的排氣閥,冒出蒸汽後關閉。檢查熱風爐的閥門,泄漏收緊是否有泄漏現象。蒸汽熱風爐壓力達到0.05 ~ 0.05 MPA,補水、排水、檢查測試供水和排水裝置,沖洗水位表在同一時間顯示壓力升至0.1 ~ 0.1 MPA的沖洗壓力表。當蒸汽熱風爐壓力減少三分之二的操作壓力時,加熱管開始充氣,慢慢打開主汽閥排氣。當蒸汽排水閥關閉後和排水閥是關閉的,慢慢地打開主閥打開,然後轉動天然氣燃燒器自動變速器控制旋鈕。操作後觀察負載調節水位是否在正常水位。觀察排氣溫度，一般控制在220 - 220℃之間,同時觀察煙囪煙氣溫度、濃度、燃燒調整到最好的狀態。
