冷拔鋼管生產過錯糾正方法解讀
冷拔鋼管生產時出現錯誤在允許范圍內,任何物品的生產不可能保障任一個產品質量完好,隻要把錯誤率降到最低即可。糾正管材生產過程中的錯誤,提高生產質量,成為生產廠傢必須控制的。 在冷拔鋼管成型中,鋼帶的鐮刀彎會不斷地改變成型角,導致焊縫間隙變化,從而產生開縫,錯邊甚至搭邊。嚴重影響瞭鋼管的質量,故觀測鋼帶卷開卷後的鐮刀彎情況,通過控制立輥使圓盤剪能切除部分鐮刀彎以及成型角的連續控制和糾偏是在生產過程中減少鋼帶鐮刀彎產生錯邊的有效辦法。由於不切邊鋼帶頭尾的形狀和尺寸精度較差,對接時易造成鋼帶硬彎而引起錯邊。鋼帶頭尾對接焊接焊縫餘高較大時,在過成型時若處理不當,容易造成較大的錯邊。鋼帶邊緣狀況不佳是造成錯邊的另一重要原因。找出問題所在,在糾正上會方便很多。

The poor edge condition of steel strip is another important reason for the wrong edge. Finding out what the problem is will be much easier to correct.
