提高冷拔鋼管耐腐蝕能力最為之有效的辦法
為提高冷拔鋼管的耐腐蝕性能,對一般冷拔鋼管進行鍍鋅。鍍鋅冷拔鋼管分熱鍍鋅和電鍍鋅兩種回落明顯,熱鍍鋅鍍鋅層厚,電鍍鋅成本低,表面不是很光滑。吹氧冷拔鋼管:用作煉鋼吹氧用管,一般用小口徑的焊接冷拔鋼管,規格由3/8-2寸八種。用08、10、15、20或者195-Q235的鋼帶制作成的,為瞭防腐蝕鍍鋅冷拔鋼管,有的要進行有效滲鋁處理。

冷鍍鋅冷拔鋼管鋅層是電鍍層工藝流程,鋅層與冷拔鋼管基體獨立分層。鋅層較薄,鋅層簡單附著在冷拔鋼管基體上企業投資,容易脫落。故其耐腐蝕性能差。在新建住宅中鍍鋅冷拔鋼管,禁止使用冷鍍鋅冷拔鋼管作為給水管。
