2、分解燃燒器

a.放掉加溫油池內的油。拆下電源線、氣管、上油管、油泵電機電源線。取下燃燒器。
A. let out the oil in the heated oil pool. Remove the power cord, the windpipe, the oil feeding tube and the motor power supply line of the oil pump. Take off the burner.
b.旋開穩焰盤固定螺絲，取下穩焰盤。旋開燃燒器蓋板螺絲，打開蓋板，拔下電極電纜線，旋開電極固定螺絲，取下電極。
B. unscrew the fixed flame plate and take down the flame plate. Unscrew the burner cover screw, open the cover plate, unplug the electrode cable, unscrew the electrode fixing screw, and remove the electrode.
c.擰開油管連接噴油頭和吸油管的螺栓，取下油管。(可松開進氣管連接螺栓和固定螺母)擰下連在進氣管上的噴頭。拆下噴頭上的噴油嘴。取下噴油嘴上的O型圈。
C. unscrew the tubing, connect the bolts of the fuel injection head and the suction pipe, and remove the oil pipe. (release the intake pipe connecting bolt and retaining nut) unscrew the nozzle connected to the intake pipe. Remove the injector nozzle on the nozzle. Take off the O ring on the nozzle.
d.打開溫控器盒蓋，旋開固定在加溫油池上的螺絲，從加溫油池上取下溫控器盒及加溫油池內的溫度傳感器。擰開固定加熱絲的螺母，取出加熱絲。擰開加溫油池內固定吸油管的螺母，取下吸油管。

e.擰開過濾罐底部的螺絲，放出油。在擰開過濾罐上蓋中間部位的螺絲，打開過濾罐上蓋，取出過濾網。燃燒器需要清洗保養的部件分解完畢。

d.清洗過濾罐和過濾網。放掉儲油箱內的油，清除底部油泥，清洗油箱。

3、組裝按分解順序反向組裝。

安裝電極時註意電極的間隙(2.5mm)，電極與其他部件的間隙。(不能搭鐵) 組裝完畢後，要向加溫油池內加入油，至液面標志處，然後安裝使用。
