不同性質的环氧地坪漆材料和不同施工工藝解讀

环氧地坪是由底塗，中途和面塗，這三種不同性質的环氧地坪漆材料和不同施工工藝而做成的。其中底塗它是环氧地坪漆施工中最底層的圖層，底彩色沥清地坪塗的作用就是增加塗料的附著力，它還能阻止环氧地坪漆施工時塗料被一些毛細孔所吸附，還能封閉环氧地坪漆材料向上層滲透。
Epoxy flooring is made of three different kinds of epoxy flooring paint materials, i.e. primer, midway and topcoat, and different construction techniques. Among them, the primer is the lowest layer in the floor paint construction. The function of the primer is to increase the adhesion of the paint. It can also prevent the coating from being absorbed by some capillaries during the epoxy floor paint construction, and also can seal the penetration of the floor paint material to the upper layer.
中塗是介於底塗和面塗之間的一層圖層，它的作用主要是補平地面，改善圖層之間的附著力，增加环氧地坪的彈性。
Intermediate coating is a layer between bottom coating and surface coating. Its main function is to flatten the ground, improve the adhesion between layers, and increase the elasticity of epoxy floor.
最後是面塗，它是地坪漆施工中最終的圖層，它的作用是增加环氧地坪的光澤度，增強對外界污染的抗性，最終起到保護地面，裝飾地面的作用。
Finally, the surface coating, which is the final layer in the floor paint construction, its role is to increase the gloss of the epoxy floor, enhance the resistance to external pollution, and ultimately play the role of protecting the ground and decorating the ground.
溫馨提示：地坪漆施工過程中，除面塗外，幾乎每做一次圖層都要進行一次打磨，以保證塗層之間有足夠的粘合力，所以塗層的打磨是地坪漆施工中重要項目之一。
