這類產品一般來說應用於含水量比較高的基面，通過塗裝一層防滲透滲出塗層來達到防水的效果，適用於含水量不斷上升的基面。這種防滲透滲出產品主要是在樹脂环氧地坪系統完成後，用來防止水位升高引起的滲水現象進行的保護手段。
