环氧地坪施工時地面油污的處理方法

我們知道地面油污也是环氧地坪施工中在進行原混凝土地面處理時常遇到的問題,在施工环氧地坪的初級階段要對地面進行很好的處理,否則地面處理不好會對後期环氧地坪的施工質量造成很大的危害。各種油污的存在嚴重影響环氧地坪塗層與基面的粘結力,而油類的滲透性均極強,尤其是長期接觸油污的基面,油污很難清除幹凈,少有徹底、有效的辦法就是重新澆築混凝土基面,在完全幹燥後馬上施工环氧地坪。

1、先用鹽酸沖洗後堿洗地面。鹽酸沖洗主要起到一個除油的作用。鹽酸的濃度不能太高,用到4~5%即可。對於油污較重的地方,可多推洗幾次。使用這個方法要註意安全、通風,如果不小心被鹽酸濺到,需要用大量的水沖洗。鹽酸沖洗完後用堿洗地面。使用一公斤的燒堿與20公斤的水混合,刮塗地面,目的是為瞭中和地面的鹽酸。因為环氧环氧地坪底層不耐強鹽酸。
1. First wash with hydrochloric acid and then wash the ground with alkali. Hydrochloric acid rinse plays an important role in removing oil. The concentration of hydrochloric acid should not be too high, 4~5% can be used. For heavy oil, it can be washed several times. 2、火焰灼燒:此方法隻針對可燃的油類有效。應註意不能過度灼燒,否則會使混凝土基面爆裂。

3、打磨處理。隻適用於薄層油污(<2mm),使用打磨機將地面被腐蝕的水泥和油污打磨掉,然後用大量的水沖洗地面。

用以上方法處理後,能有效的改善环氧地坪漆塗層與基面之間的粘結力,但是油污基面施工环氧始終不夠穩定,所以必須經過幾次維修、在基層油污全部清除後,脫層的情況才會慢慢消失。地面油污處理是件非常麻煩的事,建議生產中有油污外漏地面的企業及汽車修理廠等先做好环氧地坪漆後營業生產。
