环氧地坪比較常見的幾個問題點
造成环氧地坪問題的因素有很多,不要以自己的觀點去看待,要根據實際情況判斷問題點所在。有的問題可能當時你就確定瞭,但那也不一定確保以後不會出問題,所以环氧地坪施工要做好充分的瞭解和準備。我曾聽過有的客戶這麼給我說:“我買你傢的材料,找施工隊幫我們施工,如果一旦出現問題,不是你材料的問題,就是施工隊的問題。”我先列舉幾個环氧地坪常見的問題:起泡、起殼、失光、流平性差,有橘紋,有滾筒痕、浮色、變色、遇水發白、有刮刀痕、露底、有顆粒等等。基本上這些問題也可以歸納為材料問題、施工問題、施工环境問題和方案選擇問題。

Let me first list some common problems of epoxy flooring: blistering, shelling, loss of light, poor leveling, orange grain, drum marks, float, discoloration, whitening in water, scraper marks, exposed bottom, particles and so on. Basically, these problems can also be summarized as material problems, construction problems, construction environment problems and scheme selection problems.

1、氣泡:有可能是施工环境潮濕,也有可能是施工隊施工的時候,基礎沒有封死。(施工环境問題或者施工問題)

10、有顆粒:有可能是材料問題。我就聽說成都有很多材料廠傢生產面漆是不經過砂磨的,反正材料流平性不好,有點橘紋,亮度也不高,就把問題給掩蓋過去瞭。也有可能是施工隊在施工的過程中防塵處理沒做好。如果施工隊沒有配備無塵打磨機,而現場施工進度又趕得比較緊的話,基本上可以判斷面漆出來後的效果一定是有很多顆粒的。(材料問題或施工問題)
