1、地面水分的情況及影響:环氧地坪對地面水分的要求比較高,泥地面的水分必須小於7%,而且對於地勢較低、地下水位較高的一層地面,原則上必須做防水處理。如果車間水泥地面未進行防水處理,或在水泥地面施工後很快進入瞭秋冬季節,地面水分含量較高,在這種情況下,如果進行环氧地坪施工,因為环氧地坪表面致密、無透氣性,地面不斷滲出的微量水分會破壞地坪與水泥地面之間的結合力,久而久之,地坪容易出現鼓包、起層、開裂等問題。

2、环境溫度對地坪的影響:無溶劑环氧自流平地坪對环境溫度的要求很嚴格,环境溫度低於15℃時,地坪的固化就會非常困難。而且因為其不含溶劑,所以不容易加入一般的低溫固化促進劑,即使加入進口的低溫固化促進劑,也要求环境溫度必須在10℃以上方可施工。溶劑型环氧地坪一般要求施工溫度在15℃以上,在加入低溫固化促進劑後,施工溫度可以降至5℃左右。所以在施工以前10天至施工結束後5天的期間,施工現場的溫度就必須保持在10℃以上,並保證施工現場具有良好的通風條件,以利於水分揮發及地坪充分固化。

3、地面平整度的影響:如果施工現場的地面平整度較差,落差超過5毫米以上時,地坪的平整度就不容易得到保證。雖然在地坪施工前可以采取地面打磨、補膩子等補救措施,但在進行3毫米以下厚度的地坪施工時,不能保證环氧地坪的平整。
