價格競爭是指企業運用價格手段,通過價格的提高、維持或降低,以及對競爭者定價或變價的靈活反應等,來與競爭者爭奪市場份額的一種競爭方式。就环氧地坪行業而言,客戶對產品的價值需求主要有兩個層次。首先,產品性能價值,即是產品的环保性能、安全性能。產品的功能性能,如耐磨性得到滿足之後,环保性、安全性就最為重要;其次,細分性能價值,針對不同的客戶需求來研發產品,產品自然就有瞭差異性,所以能夠滿足這一價值層次的產品最容易獨立於市場成為創新品類。
