促進劑對环氧地坪漆的影響有哪些

环氧地坪漆的性能隨环氧樹脂固化促進劑種類的不同而有較大差異,主要表現在以下幾個方面:(1)改進环氧樹脂塗料的力學性能。环氧樹脂塗料的反應活性高、交聯密度大,故塗膜抗蝕性好。但同時也存在物理機械性能不足,如彈性較差、脆性偏大等問題,可以通過引入帶柔性鏈段的固化劑,如帶長鏈脂肪酸的聚酰胺予以改進。

不同环氧固化體系的耐蝕性也有較大差別。胺類固化劑固化的环氧樹脂耐堿性好而耐酸性較差,因固化後形成的叔胺結構易與酸反應生成叔銨鹽。而酸酐固化劑固化的环氧樹脂正好相反,耐酸性好而耐堿性較差,因固化後形成的酯基在堿性條件下發生不可逆的水解反應。

采用脂肪族胺固化劑固化的环氧樹脂,其熱變形溫度較低,通常僅為70~80℃。采用合適的芳香族固化劑或酸酐類固化劑,可使熱變形溫度提高至150℃左右,但後兩類固化劑單獨應用一般需在加熱條件下固化。

當环氧樹脂用於絕緣塗料時,可選擇使用偏苯二酸酐的改進共聚物作固化劑,可明顯提高塗料的耐熱性和介電性能。
When epoxy resin is used in insulating coatings, the modified copolymer of trimellitic anhydride can be selected as curing agent, which can obviously improve the heat resistance and dielectric properties of the coatings.
