1、环氧地坪施工完畢後需養護7－10天後方可投入使用，在養護期間，應避免水或其它溶液浸潤表面、凡進入車間員工必須要換成膠底鞋（不可以穿泡沫底的黑底鞋）（以免將外面的泥沙帶入車間而劃傷地面）

4、車間內安裝設備等重大物件須用起重機械時，在接觸地面的支撐點應有厚橡皮等軟件材料墊妥，嚴禁用鐵管等金屬在地面上接拖設備。各類推車或拖車的腳輪必須選用受力面較寬、具有一定彈性的高耐磨聚氨酯腳輪。各類推車或拖車行走時，需盡量慢速，並避免急剎車或急轉彎。機器操作臺的地面、較重的原材料、半成品或成品存放區地面，鋪上一塊橡膠墊或軟質塑膠墊。。

5、环氧环氧地坪高隻能耐受80℃的溫度，針對經常需要電焊或氧割的區域，應在地面上鋪設鋼板或其它耐高溫隔離墊。車間其餘區域內進行電焊等高溫作業時，在電焊火花可能飛濺到的地方應用石棉佈等耐火材料輔墊好，以防燒壞塗料。
5. Epoxy floors can only withstand temperatures up to 80 C. Steel plates or other high-temperature isolation pads should be laid on the ground for areas that often require welding or oxygen cutting. 6、若因使用時間較長而造成磨損或刮花， 一旦地坪有損壞，及時使用塗料修補，小面積可進行局部修補，若面積較大則建議重新滾塗一次，，以免油污通過損壞處滲透到环氧地坪
