Properties of epoxy resin
1、 形式多樣。各種樹脂、固化劑、改性劑體系幾乎可以適應各種應用對形式提出的要求,其范圍可以從極低的粘度到高熔點固體,固化方便。選用各種不同的固化劑,环氧樹脂體系幾乎可以在0~180℃溫度范圍內固化。

Various resins, curing agents, modifiers can almost meet the requirements of various applications on the form, its range can be from very low viscosity to high melting point solid, easy curing. With various curing agents, the epoxy resin system can almost solidify within 0~180 C temperature range.
2、 耐黴菌。固化的环氧樹脂體系耐大多數黴菌,可以在苛刻的熱帶條件下使用。
2, mould resistance. The cured epoxy system is resistant to most molds and can be used in harsh tropical conditions.
3、 粘附力強。环氧樹脂分子鏈中固有的極性羥基和醚鍵的存在,使其對各種物質具有很高的粘附力。环氧樹脂固化時的收縮性低,產生的內應力小,這也有助於提高粘附強度,尺寸穩定性。上述的許多性能的綜合,使环氧樹脂體系具有突出的尺寸穩定性和耐久性
3. Strong adhesion. The existence of polar hydroxyl and ether bonds in the molecular chain of epoxy resin makes it have high adhesion to various substances. The shrinkage of epoxy resin curing is low and the internal stress is small, which also helps to improve the adhesion strength and dimensional stability. The synthesis of many of the above properties makes the epoxy system have outstanding dimensional stability and durability.
4、 化學穩定性。通常,固化後的环氧樹脂體系具有優良的耐堿性、耐酸性和耐溶劑性。像固化环氧體系的其它性能一樣,化學穩定性也取決於所選用的樹脂和固化劑。適當地選用环氧樹脂和固化劑,可以使其具有特殊的化學穩定性能。
4, chemical stability. Generally, the cured epoxy system has excellent alkali resistance, acid r彩色沥清地坪esistance and solvent resistance. Like other properties of cured epoxy systems, chemical stability depends on the resin and curing agent chosen. Proper choice of epoxy and curing agents can give them special chemical stability.
5、 收縮性低。环氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應是通過直接加成反應或樹脂分子中环氧基的開环聚合反應來進行的,沒有水或其它揮發性副產物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比,在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性(小於2%)。
5, low shrinkage. The reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring opening polymerization of epoxy group in resin molecule. No water or other volatile by-products are released. Compared with unsaturated polyester resin and phenolic resin, they exhibit very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing.
6、 力學性能。固化後的环氧樹脂體系具有優良的力學性能,電性能。固化後的环氧樹脂體系是一種具有高介電性能、耐表面漏電、耐電弧的優良絕緣材料。

施工條件:
Construction conditions:
1、現場施工溫度≥5℃,若要在<5℃施工的,選用特殊配方。濕度建議在75%以下施工。
1. The construction temperature is more than 5 degrees. If you want to construct at <5 C, choose a special formula. Humidity is recommended to be constructed below 75%.
2、現場施工時確保空氣要流通,調制塗料,使用量不能超過30分鐘,工地施工過程中做好保養工作,避免灰塵、雜物侵入,影響漆面效果。
2. Make sure that the air should be circulated and the paint can not be used for more than 30 minutes. Maintenance work should be done well in the construction process to avoid dust and sundries intrusion and affect the paint effect.
3、工地施工完畢後,需養護至少7天方可投入使用。養護期間,盡可能去避免有水或者各類溶液浸潤。

4、嚴禁混入其它不同種類油漆,請嚴格按照規定比例加入固化劑。

5、隨時保持被塗物表面的清潔,被塗物含水率必須小於7%。
