防靜電环氧地坪測量必經的幾個施工步驟

一、絕緣電阻的測量標準數據:
1. Measurement data of insulation resistance:
在電極的任何點與樣品的邊緣之間的最小距離必須小於50mm。固體絕緣材料一般測定表面電阻和體積電阻。按照GB 1410-1989 的標準要求測量工作至少應在被測物體表面上隨機選取三個測量位置上進行,在電極的任何點與樣品的邊緣之間的最小距離必須小於50mm。

三、防靜電环氧地坪測量步驟:

1、用靜電電位儀表帶自動打印機每隔一定時間間隔記錄電壓衰減的數值,量取靜電電位Uo下降到0.37Uo所需的時間,即為放電時間常數て;或量取靜電電位Uo下降到0.5Uo所需的時間,也就是半衰期て半。

2、用有信號輸出口的靜電電位儀記錄靜電位衰減曲線,在曲線上可以根據曲線上的時標,分別量取靜電電位衰減到0.5U及0.37U時所經過的時間,則分別為半衰期て半和放電時間常數て。

3、已知或分別測出材料體電阻率ρ和介電常數ε,可計算出放電時間常數和半衰期。也可以由已知或分別測出材料體電阻Rv和體電容C,或地板對地電阻Re和對地電容Ce,計算出て=RvC或て=ReCe。

4、利用平板電容離子平衡分析儀,將試樣放在電容平板上充分接觸後,對平板進行充電到一定電壓,然後再斷開充電電源的瞬間,試樣加上一個接地平板電極,然後記錄靜電衰減一半或衰減到0.37U時的時間。
