影響环氧地坪及混凝土密封固化劑的收縮因素
混凝土具有收縮的性質,而鋼筋並沒有這種性質,鋼筋的存在限制瞭混凝土的自由收縮,使混凝土受拉、鋼筋受壓,如果截面的配筋率較高時會導致混凝土開裂。造成混凝土密封固化劑环氧地坪的質量出問題。對於養護不好的混凝土構件,表面在受荷前可能產生收縮裂縫。需要說明,混凝土密封固化劑的收縮對處於完全自由狀態的構件,隻會引起構件的縮短而不開裂。對於周邊有約束而不能自由變形的構件,收縮會引起構件內混凝土產生拉應力,甚至會有裂縫產生。在不受約束的混凝土密封固化劑結構中,鋼筋和混凝土由於粘結力的作用,相互之間變形是協調的。
