一、地坪漆塗層的造價和目標使用壽命

使用壽命是根據地坪使用环境、地坪漆塗層造價、維護或翻新難易來確定的。長效的地坪漆塗層一般施工要求較高，塗層較厚，造價也較高，維護或翻新相對困難。普通薄塗型地坪漆造價低廉，容易維護和翻新，但是容易損壞，使用壽命不長，一般為3-5年。無溶劑环氧自流平地坪漆造價高，但能提供裝飾效果好、耐化學介質、耐沖擊和碾壓的地坪漆塗層，使用壽命相對較長，可超過10年。

一方面應充分考慮地坪漆在使用期間酸、堿、鹽、溶劑、油、海水、淡水、風砂等介質對地坪的侵蝕影響，所選地坪漆塗料應對腐蝕介質具有較強的抗性。另一方面應考慮機械、載荷對地坪的碾壓、沖擊和磨蝕影響，地坪漆塗層的設計強度應能滿足使用要求。此外，如果基層的含水率長期較高，就還需要考慮地坪漆塗料對潮濕的敏感性和塗層的透氣性，不透氣的地坪漆塗層容易被地下水汽頂起而鼓泡剝離、脫落。如沒做防水層的一樓潮濕地面宜施工具有透氣性的水性环氧地坪漆徐料。
