廠傢解讀环氧地坪漆的使用壽命以及固化時間

环氧地坪漆施工後常有出現固化時間控制不好，混合後的环氧地坪塗料使用時間變短等現象。現在就針對這兩種現象分析下原因和對策。缺陷狀況及原因：使用壽命縮短。配制好的环氧地坪塗料如果一直放置在容器裡的話，會蓄積反應熱，導致固化變快，可是卻影響瞭地坪的使用壽命。一般施工环境溫度越高，通風差，都會導致使用時間變短。

固化過慢。固化過慢就是环氧樹脂材料在特別低的溫度下（10°C）固化反應變慢。5°C以下是絕對禁止施工。這個現象和黏度有著很大的關系，溫度越低，黏度就會越高，那麼就會比較難施工。固化時間過長會造成塗膜沾染灰塵、沙粒等贓物，甚至會拖慢工期。還有一點就是在施工現場加溶劑也會造成固化過慢，因為溶劑的揮發會帶走一部分熱量而冷卻塗膜。

解決地坪漆缺陷對策：

施工溫度控制在15~25°C之間；不要隨意在現場加溶劑。混合好的地坪材料要及時流展在施工基面上，不要一直存放在混合的容器裡，塗料接觸混凝土被冷卻，反應熱能及時散發，可以使固化時間變長，混合使用壽命增加；另外，混合使用壽命的關鍵在於樹脂和所選擇的固化劑的配比用量，所以要嚴格根據环境溫度的變化來確定固化劑的種類和用量。
