环氧地坪漆起殼脫皮的原因以及解決方案

一、起殼
1. Shell
1、环氧面漆起殼
1. Epoxy top coat.
產生原因：面漆與批塗粘結層時未幹，有水、油、灰層等。
The reason is that when the top coat is coated with the bonding layer, the water, oil and ash layer are not dried.
解決方案：清除起殼層，再用打磨機進行打磨平整，批刮後重新滾塗面漆。
Solution: remove the shell, then polish it with the grinding machine, then roll the top coat again after batching.
2、整層环氧到表地起殼

產生原因：基礎未處理幹凈，打磨不到位；底漆沒有幹就施工瞭下一道工序；基礎不結實，未充分加固

解決方案：

a、清理原环氧層，然後重新打磨好素地並清理幹凈後重新施工环氧地坪。

b、 用打磨機打磨至硬質層，清理幹凈後用高固含樹脂加固素地，再進行後期施工。

3、局部起殼

產生原因：施工造成，环境影響（可能漏油、漏雨等原因）

解決方案：對舊地面起殼區域進行沿邊局部“V”字型切割，

切割到混凝土堅硬部位，並清理垃圾、除塵，再整體打磨毛糙、平整，施工地坪。

解決方案：清除起殼層後用环氧樹脂進行加厚。

產生原因：混凝土泥沙、煤灰量大；施工錯誤；硬化劑骨料配比不合理

解決方案：重新更換混凝土；交叉打磨，撒料均勻，掌控施工時間節點；更換耐磨地坪材料。

二、脫皮
Two. Desquamation
產生原因：素地松散脫皮；水汽產生脫皮；油污產生脫皮
Causes: loose and desquamation; water vapor producing peeling; oil pollution peeling.
解決方案：對素地進行加固處理；采用水性類的材料或處理防水；清理油污，解決將油導出渠道。
Solution: to reinforce plain land; to use water-based materials or waterproof treatment; to clean up oil pollution, to solve the oil export channel.
