冬季低溫加快环氧地坪漆原材料幹燥的方法
冬季低溫下進行环氧地坪漆原材料施工會使得环氧地坪漆的固化時間加長,也會讓每個塗層之間施工時長拉大,還會影響到环氧地坪漆原材料上那一層薄薄漆膜的幹燥情況,因為在环氧地坪施工中,漆膜分為多個步驟澆築塗刷,每一步都需要等到自然幹燥固化成膜後在進行下一步施工,且漆膜的幹燥時間與整個施工工程息息相關。那麼有沒有什麼辦法是可以讓环氧地坪漆施工中的漆膜幹燥時間加快呢?

室內施工环境的濕度也是影響环氧地坪漆原材料時漆膜幹燥的原因,施工時室內濕度不超過85%,它的塗膜更容易幹燥盡量讓室內通風,自然幹燥,相反當相對濕度大於85%時,漆膜表面會出現泛白,裂紋和剝落的情況,所以當室內濕度過大時,要充分利用大氣中的水分進行固化,在氣候幹燥的時候又要采用相應的措施給空氣加濕才能進行正常固化。
