环氧地坪漆在地下室水泥地面的施工工序

地下室环氧地坪漆怎麼施工才能防塵美觀大方??地下室施工环氧地坪漆後，能夠起到無塵、美觀。同時維護的方便也能夠減少保潔員的工作量，這樣就能減少些人力資源。但是很多的業主直接就是施工环氧地坪漆，出現瞭脫皮、起殼等現象。為此我們給出瞭以下兩點建議供業主參考：

a、地面打磨，將地面打花一點，這樣就能讓环氧底漆與水泥地面之間的粘結力加強，不容易出現环氧地坪漆塗層起皮，起殼，很多环氧地坪漆起皮脫殼就是底漆與水泥地面間的粘結力不足導致的。

2、如果地下室有水汽上湧，那麼就不能施工环氧地坪漆，必須采用混凝土密封固化劑地坪來施工。混凝土密封固化劑地坪能提高混凝土地面的抗壓強度；緊縮混凝土毛細孔，有效抑制外界污染物進入混凝土；能抵抗氯化物及其他化學物質的侵蝕；和基層混凝土中的物質發生反應在其毛孔中形成一種膠體；密封混凝土，增強其密度；有較高的的抗滲性和抵禦油脂的性能；處理後的地面會出現大理石般的光澤，使用越久光潔度越好。
