环氧地坪施工常見硬傷的應對方法一

漆面比較毛糙

新上漆的表面毛糙，通常是所用的漆刷不幹凈环氧樹脂漆 或受周圍环境污染造成的。也有可能是油漆中混有漆皮，在使用前未經沉淀和過濾，或油漆未幹時沾上瞭灰塵。為防止發生上述問題，必須采用幹凈的漆刷和漆桶。舊漆使用前，一定要用濾紙或幹凈的尼龍絲襪過濾。另外，漆好的表面在油漆未幹時要用罩子或硬紙板遮住，以防沾上灰塵。如果漆面毛糙，待其幹透後，用幹濕兩用砂紙打磨光滑、擦凈後，再重新刷上油漆。要特別註意漆刷必須是幹凈的。

首先，用尖物把泡刺破，如果有水冒出來，即說明漆層底下或者背後有潮氣滲入，經太陽一曬，水分蒸發成蒸氣，就會把漆皮頂起成泡。此時，先用熱風噴槍除去起泡的油漆，讓木料自然幹燥，然後刷上底漆，最後再在整個修補面上重新上漆。若泡中無水，就可能是木紋開裂，內有少量空氣，經太陽一曬，空氣膨脹，漆皮就鼓起瞭。面對這種情況，先刮掉起泡的漆皮，再用樹脂填料填平裂紋，重新上漆，或不用填料，在刮去漆皮後，直接塗上微孔漆。

沒有上底漆或底漆及內層漆還沒幹就直接上有光漆都會導致沒有光澤的情況。其次有光漆的質量不好也是一個原因。解決方法是用幹濕兩用砂紙把舊漆磨掉，刷去打磨的灰塵，用幹凈濕佈把表面擦凈，待幹透後，再重新环氧地坪刷上面漆。還有一點要特別註意的是，在氣溫很低的环境下塗漆，漆膜幹後也可能會失去光澤。
