环氧地坪的選擇需從設計之初開始

环氧地坪漆是無塵潔凈車間的首選，但並不是唯一的選擇。环氧地坪漆美觀，耐用，耐一定腐蝕，但也有缺點，比如越薄越容易損壞，損壞後返修難度大等。所以在選擇环氧地坪漆的時候，在环氧地坪設計之初，我們首先要瞭解我們具體需要，和各種地坪種類的特點，和優缺點，以避免因為地坪具體施工情況導致延誤生產，造成損失。具體以下幾個方面。

施工周期對客戶而言，很多時候就以為的收益，多耽誤一天生產，就會多一份損失，所有客戶對施工周期都有著一定的要求。环氧地坪漆的施工周期一般以1000平米為例，按正常工序，無交叉施工7天可以完成。

但如果前期客戶不提供場地考察，而實際地面存在嚴重潮濕，或者油漬污染，工期是肯定會延長的，因為基材含水率大於6%，或者油漆污染嚴重的話，地坪漆是無法施工的，如果強行施工，地坪漆將會在後期使用出現水泡，脫層的問題。

环氧地坪漆如果施工薄塗型，理論使用壽命基本是5年-8年，所謂理論是指日常保養环氧地坪，無重型機械，4輪小車高重壓行走的情況下。

因為环氧薄塗一般隻有0.5-0.8mm，是不能重載的。如果客戶想环氧地坪使用壽命在5-8年，但的地面實際的使用上又有重載情況，那地坪種類就需要選擇环氧砂漿型地坪。

在生產車間，經常存在結構移動縫和隔離縫，這個必須在环氧地坪漆施工前要標註和設置好，在环氧地坪漆的處理方案中，要采取彈性密封覆塗的方法。
