影響环氧地坪漆與混凝土粘結性能的幾個因素

环氧地坪是附著在混凝土基面上的一層薄薄的塗膜，要想使它的功能保持得更加良好，首先應保證濟南环氧地坪漆能夠與混凝土良好的附著在一起，兩者即不能強力的粘結在一起，也不能有脫落的現象存在，所以我們要嚴格的控制好兩者之間的粘結機能。影響到环氧樹脂地坪與混凝土粘結機能的因素主要可以分為兩塊：混凝土基面的情況與环氧地坪的情況。

I. Conditions of Concrete Foundation
程度相宜的粗拙、幹燥、堅實的混凝土面為最佳的混凝土基面。

1、多孔性：混凝土作為一種多孔性的地面，內部的毛細管比較適合环氧地坪油漆的浸入，地坪漆滲透滲出的越好，兩者的粘結機能越好，所以一般舊的混凝土地面，尤其是塗抹過其他遮蓋物的基面，都要經由充分的打磨使其具備一定的粗拙度及地面孔洞開放後進行施工。

1、固化反應。地坪漆屬於是反應固化型的塗料，在反應過程中放熱的熱量多少和產生的溫度高低都對地坪漆的固化機能有很大的影響。其中固化劑是影響固化溫度的主要因素，所以要想保證环氧地坪漆與基面的粘結力，必須選擇合適的固化劑。

The amount of heat released and the temperature produced during the reaction process have a great influence on the curing performance of floor paint. 2、施工工藝。當地坪漆與基面的粘接力不足時，地坪會泛起脫落的現象，而預防脫落最有效的方法就是要留意基面的處理，必須在基面有合適的粗拙、幹燥的狀环氧地坪態下才可彩色沥清地坪進行地坪施工。
