廠傢分享:清除廢舊环氧地坪的四種常見方法

在新舊更替之際，我們所面臨最大的問題並不是如何選擇更好的环氧地坪，而是如何清除廢舊的环氧地坪漆，這個往往比較棘手，工期大，而且會帶來很多的問題，我們公司在長期的施工過程中，總結瞭四個比較常用的清楚方法，給大傢介紹一下，希望對有需要的人有所幫助。在這之前我們要看舊环氧地坪情況，如果环氧地坪是小面積破損，隻需將局部破損的塗層去除，保留完好的塗層，再用同樣顏色的环氧樹脂材料進行修補；如果环氧地坪大面積出現瞭起皮、起泡、腐蝕、開裂等嚴重情況，則需要將整個地坪表面的塗層全部去除，直到露出基材，再塗裝合適的地坪。

一、機械除漆法
I. Mechanical Paint Removal
機械除漆指借助於一定的施工機器來進行除漆工藝，如手工打磨、拋丸、高壓力（磨料）射流等方法，都是可以有效的去除舊地坪漆層的方法。
Mechanical paint removal refers to the process of removing paint by means of a certain construction machine, such as manual polishing, shot blasting, high pressure (abrasive) jet and other methods, which can effectively remove the old floor paint layer.
二、火焰除漆法
2. Flame Paint Removal
如果舊的地坪漆與基層粘接比較牢固，可以用火焰對地坪加溫，使舊漆層焦軟、起泡，再用刮刀將舊地坪漆層鏟除。這種方法就叫做火焰除漆法。

三、堿液除漆法
3. Paint Removal by Alkali Solution
堿液除漆法是利用堿液的腐蝕作用，使舊塗膜膨脹松軟，從而達到去除舊地坪漆膜的目的。

四、脫漆劑脫漆

脫漆劑可以將塗層溶解或溶脹，是濟劃或膏狀物，主要由溶解能力強的溶劑與石蠟、纖維素等組成。

在地坪塗裝行業，清除舊塗層的主要機械方法有手工烤鏟、拋丸等。如果之前塗裝的地坪底漆是环氧類或聚氨酯塗料，上面可以配套塗裝的塗料種類則比較多，大部分的塗料都可以在上面直接塗裝；如果底漆采用的是單組分的丙烯酸或其它的易揮發塗料，如果隨意選擇地坪塗料來塗裝，會很容易出現咬底的情況，在進行塗裝時一定要謹慎選擇塗料。如需在新的地面上施工环氧地坪，千萬要選擇正規的公司來設計施工方案，不能因貪圖便宜而選錯地坪材料，否則在地坪完工的短期內出現質量問題，必須將舊膜層去除再做新的环氧地坪，如此一來，將會付出更大的代價。
