廠傢分析环氧地坪失光現象的預防措施

眾所周知，环氧地坪的主要成分是环氧樹脂，在施工過程中，环境因素的變化與添加劑的使用等，都會對环氧地坪漆的特性產生一定的影響，從而可能會導致环氧地坪無光澤的現象，那麼我們如何在施工時提前預防使环氧地坪保持光澤呢？环氧地坪的施工技術和施工前的準備是造成失光的主要原因，養成規范的施工技術，考量施工环境要求和嚴格按照標準施工流程操作就可以大大減少环氧地坪漆施工完畢後出現失光的現象。

Formation of standard construction technology, consideration of construction environment requirements and strict operation in accordance with the standard construction process can greatly reduce the phenomenon of loss of light after the completion of construction of epoxy floor paint. 1) 施工場地的濕度不宜太大，揮發性漆的塗膜容易吸收水分而導致最終环氧地坪效果發白，所以施工時的相對濕度不能超過85%。
1) The humidity of the construction site should not be too high. The film of volatile paint is easy to absorb moisture, resulting in the final whitening effect of epoxy flooring, so the relative humidity during construction can not exceed 85%.
2) 在添加稀釋劑時控制其用量，不宜添加過多。還需要避免煤油這一類高沸點的溶劑。

3) 施工前，先將地面充分處理幹凈，尤其是一些不起眼的細小粉塵、酸、堿、油、蠟質和水分等物質。

4) 环氧环氧地坪施工時應控制顏料的含水量，在施透水地坪工中避免混入水分，保持場地完全幹燥。

5) 施工時將地面先用膩子填平，打磨，再塗底漆封鎖。因為當地面表層多孔或粗糙時，直接塗底漆會影響整體美觀，未塗底漆的环氧环氧地坪也會發生失光現象。
