环氧地坪類型及特點解讀分別適用於哪些場合?
环氧地坪漆,作為集物理性能與美觀效果優勢於一體的环氧地坪材料,可根據不同的用途要求設計多種方案,大致可以分為:普通环氧地坪、环氧砂漿环氧地坪、环氧自流平地坪、环氧防靜電地坪、水性环氧地坪、其它地坪。不同類型环氧地坪具有不同的特點優勢,當然,也適用於不同的場合。

1. Ordinary epoxy flooring
也稱為薄塗环氧地坪,特點:更薄,但外觀有改善。它的塗層比較薄,一般厚度在0.2-0.5mm,最厚不會超過1mm。

2、环氧砂漿地坪

特點:中塗層加入瞭砂漿層,可以根據具體的要求將塗層厚度調整在1-10mm。

3、环氧自流平地坪

特點:通過調整中塗層厚度和面層厚度達到設計要求,層厚度可根據要求達到1.5-10mm。

通常用於潔凈度、平整度及外觀要求高的場合,如GMP制藥車間、電子廠、手術室等。 它施工快捷,但比其它的环氧地坪產品費用要高。但裝飾效果及潔凈度是其它环氧地坪產品達不到的。

However, the decorative effect and cleanliness of other epoxy flooring products can not reach.
4、环氧防靜電地坪
4. Epoxy antistatic floor
环氧防靜電地坪,按材料和施工方法,又可分為普通塗裝式环氧防靜電地坪或环氧自流平防靜電地坪。

普通的防靜電地坪是在普通塗裝的基礎上鋪裝瞭一些導電通路,面層采用的導靜電塗料。流平防靜電地坪,同樣加鋪瞭導電通路,面漆采用無溶劑透水地坪环氧自流平防靜電地坪塗料鏝塗或高壓無空氣噴塗。

5、水性环氧地坪

特點:采用水分散型环氧地坪塗料,是一種环保型地坪產品。

通常適用於沒有施工防水層的一樓或地下室地坪對施工時氣味有要求的場所,尤其適用於食品藥品行業。
Usually suitable for the first floor or basement floor without construction waterproof layer where odor is required during construction, especially for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
6、其它地坪
6. Other Floors
包括彈性聚氨酯(PU)地坪用於運動場及***所等、采用乙烯基酯、呋喃樹脂、不飽和聚酯等耐蝕樹脂制作的高耐腐蝕地坪
Including elastic polyurethane (PU) floor used in sports and entertainment venues, using vinyl ester, furan resin, unsaturated polyester and other corrosion-resistant resin made of high corrosion-resistant floor
通常被運用於與酸、堿等強腐蝕性介質直接接觸的區域。
