环氧地坪漆施工环境的幾大要素及工藝流程

施工环境是指施工時周圍环境的氣象條件及衛生情況(污染物)。它在环氧地坪漆塗料的幹燥與成膜過程中起重要的作用，對环氧地坪漆塗膜的黏度和地坪漆塗層的質量有很大的影響。环氧地坪漆施工环境的幾大要素：1、自然界中的風力同樣也是影響地坪漆施工質量的因素之一，施工時既要保證地坪漆施工現場的通風，但風力又不能過大。這是因為風力過大會分別加速地坪漆塗料中溶劑和水分的蒸發，使地坪漆工程塗料成膜不佳，此外還會降低空氣的潔凈度，使地坪漆工程塗層沾上雜質。所以，當風力級別>4級的大風天氣，應停止地坪漆塗料的施工。2、光照也是影響地坪漆塗裝效果的重要因素之一，地坪漆塗料在貯存和運輸過程中要防止暴曬，在施工過程中要防止陽光直射。尤其在炎熱高溫的夏季，陽光直射下的被塗飾的地坪漆基層表面溫度過高，會使其脫水或脫溶劑速度過快，使成膜的效果不佳，從而嚴重影響地坪漆塗層的質量。3、同時也應考慮污染物質的影響。地坪漆施工現場周圍环境中，如有工廠或汽車排出的大量的廢氣，如SO2,H2S等腐蝕性氣體，以及周圍环境中產生飛揚的灰塵，都將對地坪漆的施工質量造成影響。因此當發現施工現場有特殊的氣味或飛揚的塵土，應暫停施工，當發現污染物質已經沽污部分塗層，應及時清洗幹凈。
