怎麼檢驗环氧地坪塗料黏度的方法
隨著环氧地坪使用范圍的擴大,在各停車場、廠房、醫院、工業等區域都可見。在环氧地坪施工完成後我們一定要註意監測环氧地坪塗料的黏度,环氧地坪漆塗料的黏度程度是保證环氧地坪施工後的質量和使用壽命。我們在測量环氧地坪漆黏度時一定要註意以下幾點,否則很難操作。在檢測地坪漆黏度上切不可大意,以免造成施工完成後的質量問題等因素。

(1)測定的規定溫度應在21-25℃之間。因為溫度過高的話測定的黏度就比較低,而溫度過低相對黏度就比較高,沒有標準值,所以在溫度上一定要把握好。

(2)每次測完要清潔塗杯,選用所測塗料相應的溶劑,防止測定小孔被堵。

(3)先用手指或器具堵嚴小孔漏嘴,倒滿100ml塗料,用玻璃棒將氣泡和多餘試樣倒入凹槽,防止測試樣本不夠或超過標準。

(4)迅速移開手指時,同時啟動秒表,待試樣流速剛中斷時立即停止秒表,開始計時。

以上是环氧地坪塗料黏度測試方法,而經常接觸环氧地坪塗料人員用經驗就可以檢測,其方法是:环氧地坪漆材料經攪拌後,用棒挑起塗料進行觀察便可(正常的塗料應自由降落而不斷,如有中斷而回縮現象,說明該塗料較稠),一般棒上的塗料與桶內塗料在很短時間內會連接不斷的流淌,連接距離為30-50cm,這時就是可以刷塗的程度;而小於30cm,就表明塗料的黏度太小,塗料太稀不宜塗刷;大於50cm,表明黏度太大,塗料太稠也不可直接施工。通過觀察檢測地坪漆塗料黏度,也可觀察塗料貯存一段時間後的聚合度,以按照不同施工要求,用適合的稀釋劑去調整黏度,從而達到环氧地坪漆施工所需的黏度指標。
