鈦材冷凝器註意事項：要經常註意整臺設備和減速器的工作情況，減速器潤滑油不足應立即補充，電加熱介質油每半年要進行更換，對夾套和蓋子上等部位的安全閥、壓力表、溫度表、蒸餾孔、電熱棒、電器儀表等要應定期檢查，鈦冷凝器如果有故障要即時調換或修理，設備不用時，一定用溫水在容器內外壁全面清洗，經常擦洗鍋體，保持外表清潔和內膽光亮，達到耐用的目的。
