全自動燃油(氣)熱管老化房的特性:1、熱管老化房是無壓設備,封閉燃燒,不見明火,可直接安裝在使用熱空氣的設備邊上使用,熱風溫度可在60-270℃范圍內自由設定,熱風出口溫差不大於±3℃,在循环熱風烘道(箱)內誤差在±1℃以內。2、熱管老化房采用耐高溫20G管板,熱空氣發生室頂蓋可以打開,熱管采用錐形卡环二道石棉攀根鑲套 在管板叉排孔中,所有熱管全部可以拆卸更換,便於保養,老化房的使用壽命8-15年。

燃油(氣)熱管老化房是用管板將換熱箱體分隔成上部為熱空氣發生室,下部為爐膛煙道,組焊在熱管上的密封卡环用石棉繩密封鑲套在管板叉排孔中,便於拆換清洗。熱管翅片放熱段置於熱空氣發生室,高中溫熱管光管吸熱段伸入爐膛,中常溫熱管翅片吸熱段伸入煙道,吸收燃油(氣)燃燒器燃燒的熱量,相變換熱到熱管翅片放熱段,在軸流鼓風機的冷氣流沖刷下,釋放出凝結潛熱,快速加熱空氣。在熱空氣管道上設置電接點壓力式溫度計,溫度自動控制器和風量調節器,由電腦控制器控制燃油(氣)燃燒器的一二段火焰大小和軸流鼓風機的風量大小,實現全自動運行。

燃油(氣)熱管熱風取暖爐是由翅片燃燒爐和熱管熱交換器組成,管板將熱管熱交換器分隔成上部為熱空氣發生室,下部為對流換熱煙道,組焊在熱管上的密封卡环用石棉繩鑲套在管板叉排孔中,便於拆卸清洗。燃燒器燃燒的熱量經翅片燃燒爐及翅片輻射換熱,又經對流換熱煙道中的熱管吸熱段被吸收汽化潛熱後,由加濕水套煙氣接管排出,風機吹出的冷氣流逆向強逼沖刷置於熱空氣發生室的熱管翅片放熱段,釋放出凝結潛熱,快速加熱空氣,熱空氣再經熱風導向板沿翅片燃燒爐的熱風环形風道一圈,吸收燃燒爐壁及翅片的輻射熱,加熱後的熱空氣經熱風出口排出。在熱空氣管道上設置熱電偶傳感器同溫度控制器,電腦全自動控制器控制燃燒器火焰的大小和風機風量,實現全自動運行。

A circle of hot air annular duct of flake burning furnace absorbs the radiation heat of burning furnace wall and fins, and the heated hot air is discharged through the hot air outlet. A thermocouple sensor and a temperature controller are installed on the hot air pipeline, and a computer full automatic controller controls the size of the burner flame and the air flow rate of the fan to realize full automatic operation.
7、將高溫、中溫、常溫熱管適量配置,就可滿足80-600℃不同熱風溫度需要,若需低溫熱空氣,隻要在熱風輸出管道上適量配入冷風中和即可。
