冷拔鋼管采用材質和用途及特點

冷拔鋼管是一種通過冷拔或冷軋工藝生產的高精密度、高光亮度的冷拔無縫鋼管。其內外徑尺寸可精確至0.2mm以內，在搞彎、抗扭強度相同時，重量較輕，所以廣泛用於制造精密機械零件和工程結構。也常用作生產各種常規武器、槍管、炮彈等。
Cold-drawn steel pipe is a kind of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe with high precision and brightness produced by cold-drawn or cold-rolled process. Its inner and outer diameters can be precise to less than 0.2mm. When bending and torsion strength are the same, the weight is lighter, so it is widely used in manufacturing precision mechanical parts and engineering structures. It is also often used in the p环氧地坪roduction of conventional weapons, 彩色沥清地坪barrels, shells and so on.
常用材質為10#、20#、35#、45#、20cr、40Cr、20CrMo﹑16mn﹑27simn﹑304﹑201﹑310s﹑優質碳素結構鋼。
