熱管老化房取代列管箱老化房的剖析

老化房廣泛用於熱風循环烘烤、固化的塗裝線上,目前應用較多的是列管式箱式老化房,它是一種“氣—氣”換熱型的老化房,一種氣體走管內,一種氣體走管外的垂直交叉型沖刷換熱,氣—氣換熱的換熱系數很低,需要大大增加換熱面積來滿足熱量交換,導致耐高溫金屬耗量大,體積龐大,基管同翅片撓繞虛擬接觸熱阻大,傳熱效果差,制造成本高,且氣體管內流動阻力大,導致動力消耗大,同時輻射受熱面的管板同管子聯結處由於溫差應力導致管板開裂時有發生;列管因氧化、磨損、過熱及露點腐蝕等原因發生穿透,導致煙氣同空氣的貫通,且無法維修;列管式老化房是管內壁吸熱管外壁放熱的導熱型老化房、排煙溫度高、熱效率隻在40-50%。

全自動燃油(氣)熱管老化房是利用熱管管內工質相變超導換熱,直接制備潔凈熱空氣的高效無壓換熱設備,其結構是用耐高溫管板將換熱箱體分隔成上部為熱空氣發生室,下部為燃燒爐膛和煙道兩個永不能貫通的分箱體,熱管由錐形卡环二道石棉攀根密封鑲套在管板叉排孔中,不銹鋼熱管吸熱段伸入管板下部爐膛受輻射換熱,高頻焊翅片熱管吸熱孔中,不銹鋼熱管吸熱段伸入管板下部爐膛接受輻射換熱,高頻焊翅片熱管吸熱段伸入管板下部爐膛後的煙道對流換熱,吸收燃燒器燃燒熱量,工質低溫吸收汽化潛熱汽化,在真空管內僅以微小的溫(壓)差以超音速的速度將熱量輸送到置於管板上部熱空氣發生室的高頻焊翅片熱管放熱段,在逆向氣流沖刷下,向潔凈空氣釋放出 凝結潛熱,快速加熱空氣,工質冷凝成液體靠重力沿管內壁回流到熱管下部吸熱段,再吸熱汽化,循环往復,每分鐘近千次的速度將燃燒熱量向空氣釋 放。熱管老化房起動快、升溫快,經實測熱能利用率達84.3%是目前最先進的熱空氣發生爐。近二十臺熱管老化房通過二年左右在塗裝、烘幹行業的應用完全達到瞭設計要求。

The working fluid condenses into liquid by gravity and flows back and forth along the tube wall to the heat absorption section at the lower part of the heat pipe, then the heat is absorbed, vaporized and circulated back and forth. The speed of nearly a thousand times per minute releases heat from combustion into the air. The heat pipe aging room is the most advanced hot air generator with fast start-up and temperature rise. The measured heat energy utilization rate is 84.3%. Nearly twenty heat pipe aging rooms have fully met the design requirements after two years'application in painting and drying industries.
