冷拔鋼管產品的最終塑性變形或最終熱處理的狀態。一般不經過熱處理交貨的稱熱軋或冷拔（軋）狀態制造狀態；經過熱處理交貨的稱熱處理狀態，或根據熱處理的類別稱正火（常化）、調質、固溶、退火狀態。訂貨時，交貨狀態需在合同中註明。
