冷拔鋼管直線度簡易計算方法

冷拔鋼管直線度或者說彎曲度的計算一般來講有兩種:冷拔鋼管、無縫鋼管或直縫鋼管局部彎曲度:即用長為一米的直尺靠量在鋼管的最大彎曲處,測其弦高(mm),即為局部彎曲度數值,其單位為mm/m,表示方法如2.5mm/印花地坪m。此種方法也適用於管端部彎曲度。
Generally speaking, there are two ways to calculate the straightness or bending degree of cold-drawn steel pipes: cold-drawn steel pipes, seamless steel pipes or straight seam steel pipes. 例如:冷拔鋼管長度為10m,測得最大弦高30mm,則該管全長彎曲度應為:
