燃氣熱風爐安裝過程中需註意事項
熱風爐基礎的確定應根據當地土質,參考廠傢提供的基礎圖由土建部門重新設計。熱風爐基礎達到強度後,應按熱風爐圖紙進行檢查及驗收,並劃出熱風爐整體的三條基準線:a、縱向基準線——鍋筒中心或燃燒設備中心。b、橫向基準線——鏈條爐排前軸中心或出渣機中心線。c、標高基準線——可以在基礎四周選有關的若幹地點分別作標記,各標記間的相對偏移不應超過1mm。爐就位。組裝熱風爐先將下部就位後,再組裝上部大件,上下兩組合部需找正墊牢,內外應作兩次澆註。安裝位置尺寸偏差和檢驗方法按GB50273《熱風爐安裝工程施工及驗收規范》執行。

Elevation datum line - markers can be selected at several locations around the base, and the relative deviation between markers should not exceed 1 mm. The furnace is in position. After the lower part of the hot blast stove is put in place, the upper part of the stove is assembled. The upper and lower parts need to be aligned and cushioned firmly, and the inner and outer parts should be poured twice. Installation position and dimension deviation and inspection method shall be carried out in accordance with GB50273 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Hot Stove Installation Engineering. (二)熱風爐的吊裝,在吊裝時,應該在鍋筒吊耳上起吊熱風爐整裝大件,使熱風爐底座與地基上預畫的基準線重合。熱風爐與地基的縱向中心線,偏差不大於3毫米,且用線錘校正鍋筒中心的傾斜度,允許鍋筒中心傾斜不大於5毫米,否則要用墊鐵在底座與地基交界處墊平。

(1)、給水管路安裝要求

備用水池的最高水位一般要求盡可能在熱風爐正常水位線以下,以免停爐時,給水流入熱風爐而造成下次起動時要大量排水。在水池出口處(即給水管路入口)應裝設鋼絲濾網。
The maximum water level of standby pool is generally required to be below the normal water level of hot blast stove as far as possible, so as not to cause a large amount of drainage when the stove is shut down due to the water flowing into the hot blast stove during the next start-up. (2)、主蒸汽管路安裝要求

主蒸汽管引出段直段應大於0.5米,彎曲半徑應為管子直徑的4-5倍,管路最低處應裝疏水閥以防止管路水擊,同時要進行可靠保溫。

(3)、安全閥安裝要求

安全閥應在水壓試驗後安裝,安全閥應裝排汽管,將排汽管導向熱風爐房外安全處,排汽管上不允許裝設閥門。
Safety valves should be installed after water pressure test. Safety valves should be equipped with exhaust pipes. The exhaust pipes should be directed to the safety outside the hot blast stove. Valves should not be installed on the exhaust pipes.
(4)、水位表的安裝
(4) Installation of Water Level Meter
水位表下部泄水管必須接入安全之處,水位表考克旋轉靈活,不得漏水,水位表處必須安裝照明設備,便於觀察。
The drain pipe of the lower part of the water level meter must be connected to the safe place. The cock of the water level meter rotates flexibly and can not leak water. Lighting equipment must be installed at the water level meter for easy observation.
(5)、壓力表的安裝
(5) Installation of pressure gauges
裝置壓力表時應使刻度盤垂直,壓力表刻度應畫紅線以示熱風爐最高允許壓力,壓力表旋塞旋轉靈活,不得漏水,輸水暢通,壓力表禁止保溫。
When installing pressure gauge, the dial should be vertical. The red line should be drawn to indicate the maximum allowable pressure of hot blast stove. The pressure gauge cock rotates flexibly. It is not allowed to leak water, and the water conveyance is smooth. Pressure gauge is not allowed to keep warm.
(四)熱風爐煙囪安裝要求,煙囪在吊裝時,煙囪要直,其水平方向引出長度不應過長,一般小於5米,煙囪高度應符合有關國傢標準的規定。煙囪要加防雨帽,煙囪的重量不應直接落在熱風爐主機煙囪接管上。
(4) Installation requirements for chimneys of hot blast stoves. When hoisting chimneys, the chimneys should be straight. The horizontal direction of the chimneys should not be too long. Generally, the length of the chimneys should be less than 5 meters. The height of the chimneys should meet the requirements of relevant national standards. Chimneys should be equipped with rain caps. The weight of chimneys should not fall directly on the main chimney nozzle of hot blast stove.
(五) 燃燒系統的安裝:1、按照燃燒系統控制線路圖將電源線,控制信號線與電控線相連接,應裝設可靠的點火程序和熄火保護裝置。燃燒程序控制器提供一組獨立的啟停控制觸點。可配制各種燃燒器,啟停控制繼電器回路串有一個10A的保險絲,啟停控制繼電器可接燃燒器的啟停控制端,也可直接控制燃燒器的電源。全自動控制器開啟後既不斷的對壓力傳感器、水位電源、燃油、燃氣壓力設定值進行檢測。時刻對壓力傳感器、水位電源、燃油、燃氣和自身電路進行檢測,發現問題立即報警並熄火停爐保護,控制器自動顯示故障點,機內發出報警聲響。
(5) Installation of the combustion system: 1. Connect the power supply line and control signal line with the electric control line according to the control circuit diagram of the combustion system, and install reliable ignition program and flameout protection device. The combustion program controller provides a set of independent start-stop control contacts. All kinds of burners can be made up. The start-stop control relay circuit has a 10A fuse. After the automatic controller is opened, the pressure sensor, water level power supply, fuel and gas pressure setting values are continuously tested. The pressure sensor, water level power supply, fuel oil, gas and their own circuits are tested at all times. The controller automatically displays the fault point and the alarm sound is emitted inside the machine.
