生物質熱風爐的安全使用註意事項

熱風爐安裝、維修、改造的驗收。施工完畢後施工單位要向質量技術監督局特種設備檢驗所申報熱風爐的水壓試驗和安裝監檢。合格後由質量技術監督局、特種設備檢驗所、縣質量技術監督局參與整體驗收。2、熱風爐的檢驗。熱風爐每年進行一次定期檢驗，未經安全定期檢驗的熱風爐不得使用。熱風爐的安全附件安全閥每年定期檢驗一次，壓力表每半年檢定一次，未經定期檢驗的安全附件不得使用。

3、熱風爐出廠時應當附有“安全技術規范要求的設計文件、產品質量合格證明、安全及使用維修說明、監督檢驗證明（安全性能監督檢驗證書）”。

4、熱風爐的安裝、維修、改造。從事熱風爐的安裝、維修、改造的單位應當取得省級質量技術監督局頒發的特種設備安裝維修資格證書，方可從事熱風爐的安裝、維修、改造。施工單位在施工前將擬進行安裝、維修、改造情況書面告知直轄市或者轄區的特種設備安全監督管理部門，並將開工告知送當地縣級質量技術監督局備案，告知後即可施工。
4. Installation, maintenance and transformation of hot stove. Units engaged in installation, maintenance and renovation of hot stoves shall obtain the qual透水地坪ification certificate for installation and maintenance of special equipment issued by provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau before they can engage in installation, maintenance and renovation of hot stoves. Before the construction, the construction unit shall inform the special equipment safety supervision and Management Department of the municipality directly under the Central Government or its jurisdiction in writing of the proposed installation, maintenance and transformation, and shall inform the local county-level quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of the start of the construction for the record, and the construction can be completed after informing.
5、嚴禁將常壓熱風爐安裝為承壓熱風爐使用。嚴禁使用水位計、安全閥、壓力表三大安全附件不全的熱風爐。
5. It is strictly forbidden to install an atmospheric hot stove as a pressurized hot stove. It is strictly forbidden to use hot blast stoves with incomplete safety accessories such as water level gauge, safety valve and pressure gauge.
6、熱風爐的運行。熱風爐運行必須由經培訓合格，取得《特種設備作業人員證》的持證人員操作，使用中必須嚴格遵守操作規程和八項制度、六項記錄。

7、熱風爐的註冊登記。熱風爐驗收後，使用單位必須按照《特種設備註冊登記與使用管理規則》的規定，填寫《熱風爐（普查）註冊登記表》，到質量技術監督局註冊，並申領《特種設備安全使用登記證》。
7. Registration of hot stoves.
