1. Gas Emission Standards
據專傢分析,生物質燃料熱風爐燃燒後可實現CO2零排放,NOx微量排放,SO2排放量小於33.6mg/m3,煙塵排放量低於46mg/m3,相比燃煤、燃油熱風爐來講,其污染指數已經很低。根據國傢對於大氣污染物排放控制指標顯示,熱風爐排放標準為:SO2≤100mg/m3、煙塵≤100mg/m3,因此生物質熱風爐排放標準符合控制指標,並且排放濃度遠遠低於國傢標準。

生物質熱風爐除瞭排放氣體以外,還有固體的排出,其固體主要成分是燃燒後的灰分。燃料包含70%左右的纖維含量,含硫量不到碳含量的1/10,硫硫和氯含量均小於0.07%,氮含量小於0.5%,因此固體灰分的含量也比較低,符合國傢排放標準。
