廠傢揭示熱風爐檢修安全註意事項

1.當熱風爐已經冷卻，鍋內無壓力存在的情況下，根據檢修需要，應在蒸汽、給水、疏水、排污、加藥及煙氣等各系統進行加裝堵板。並記在記錄薄內，或標在系統圖上，被關（堵）閥門上，要掛有“有人工作，不能開啟”標牌，以保證檢修人員的安全，待檢修完畢後全部拆除。

2.第一次在進入爐膛或煙道內工作之前，應先啟動引風機，通風不少於5min，並在周圍溫度達60℃以下時，方準進入工作。進入爐膛或煙道，要帶上安全帽和防風眼鏡。工作時不應少於兩人，1人進內工作，一人在外監護。
2. Before entering the furnace or flue for the first time, the induced draft fan should be started and ventilated for no less than 5 minutes. Only when the ambient temperature is below 60 degrees C, can the induced draft fan be allowed to enter the work. When entering the furnace or flue, wear a helmet and windproof glasses. There should be no fewer than two people working, one working inside and one guarding outside.
3.進入鍋筒內工作的溫度，應在45℃以下，溫度40~45℃時，在內工作不應超過20分鐘。鍋筒內工作至少應有兩人。進入鍋筒內工作時，攜帶工具必須裝在工具袋內，進出時應進行其數量的核對檢查。

4.在鍋筒內或爐膛內進行工作時，其照明設備的電壓，應為12V，照明燈具所用電線一定要有良好絕緣，中間不得有接頭，以防接頭線脫開而造成電氣事故。

5.檢修轉動機械時，檢修之前，應將電源切斷，才能開始工作。被切斷的電源，不論有無接地，均應懸掛標志牌或警告牌。

6.在高於1.5m以上的地點工作，應綁紮牢固的腳手架。架子平臺上應設欄桿互護，工作平臺架板兩端應綁牢。

7.起吊重物，對起重工具要進行仔細檢查，檢查合格，方可試吊。試吊合格，才進行正式起吊工作。吊起重物時，不得在其上進行其它的工作。

8.檢修用的工具，使用前，必須進行安全檢查，認為合格後方可使用。手提電動工具隻有在外殼接觸地，戴膠皮手套，膠皮鞋或站在絕緣板上才可進行工作。

9.在斜靠梯子上工作，隻能在較短時間內和高度不高時進行，並應保證穩固，踢腳不滑。不得沿斜靠的梯子提升重物。
