我國研制成功高效節能燃煤工業熱風爐
我國煤炭科學研究總院在國傢科技攻關計劃項目支持下,日前成功開發出4~20蒸噸/小時系列新型高效煤粉熱風爐,可替代傳統燃煤熱風爐廣泛推廣使用。 據介紹,這種熱風爐具有自主知識產權,采用密閉運行、自動控制、高效燃煤、爐內脫硫等先進技術,運行效率可達86%以上,比傳統熱風爐節煤30%以上。業內人士認為,高效煤粉熱風爐具有節能率高、排放少、投資適中、操控簡單、運行成本低等優點。
Supported by the National Science and Technology Research Program, the General Institute of Coal Science and Technology of China has recently successfully develo环氧地坪ped a new type of high-efficiency pulverized coal hot stove series of 4-20 t/h steam, which can replace the traditional coal-fired hot stove and be widely used. According to reports, this kind of hot blast stove has independent intellectual property rights. It uses advanced technologies such as closed operation, automatic control, efficient coal combustion and desulfurization in the furnace. Its operation efficiency can reach 86% or more, and it can save more than 30% of coal compared with the traditional hot blast stove. Industry insiders believe that high efficiency pulverized coal hot blast stove has the advantages of high energy efficiency, low emissions, moderate investment, simple operation and low operating cost. 目前,全國在用工業熱風爐有50多萬臺,約189萬蒸噸/小時。其中,燃煤熱風爐約48萬臺,占工業熱風爐總容量成都收賬85%左右,平均容量3.4蒸噸/小時,每年消耗原煤約4億噸。
