(1)碳系導電物質主要是石墨和碳黑,是防靜電塗料中比較常用的導電物質,其導電性較好,價格便宜,但由於其比表面積大,吸油量高,在制作無溶劑抗靜電塗料時添加量稍大時塗料的粘度上升,自流平性變差,因此隻能作為輔助添加導電物質,但可用於制作溶劑型抗靜電塗料及導電膩子,顏色隻能是黑色或深色。

要素四、固化劑的選用:對於自流平抗靜電地坪塗料,一般選用改性脂肪胺類固化劑,並根據施工环境的溫度選用不同凝膠時間的產品,既要考慮塗料要有適當的使用期以便於施工操作,又要考慮幹燥時間不能太長,避免導電粉沉降現象加重。
