耐磨环氧地坪施工後切割伸縮縫的註意事項

核心提示：混凝土环氧地坪工程施工完畢後都要做最後彩色沥清地坪一步的處理，即环氧地坪伸縮縫的切割及處理，耐磨地坪也不例外。耐磨环氧地坪施工後切割伸縮縫的註意事項：1、準確掌握切割伸縮縫的時機是關鍵，切早瞭容易崩邊、切完瞭起不到作用。耐磨地坪的伸縮縫切割的最佳時間即為施工完工後的第二天。除合理掌握時間外，切割伸縮縫的順直取決於彈線和切割兩方面，必要情況下可以借助紅外線發射器彈線，挑選技術熟練的工人切割，以此保證切割出來的伸縮縫是順直的。切割伸縮縫的寬度一般為3-5mm，深度一般為水泥混凝土厚度的1/3-1/2，切割伸縮縫後分隔出的水泥混凝土區域塊的長、寬尺寸以6-8m為宜，可以按柱距或設計圖紙要求為準。

2、透水地坪切縫後，應立即將在伸縮縫兩側產生的水泥灰漿清除，避免幹燥後難於清理。

4、伸縮縫底部先填塞(6個單位直徑)的海綿膠條，頂部用聚氨酯填縫膠專用打膠槍均勻填充。填充時註意填充均勻、飽滿，不得有空洞、斷頭等現象，邊填充邊修飾，使表面光滑、順直、美觀。同時，避免對伸縮縫邊緣及以外的區域造成污染，一旦污染應及時清除，必要時可借助對耐磨地坪無腐蝕的化學溶劑。
