环氧地坪密封固化劑有哪些優勢呢？

一開始並沒有环氧地坪密封固化劑這個名詞，直到上世紀中期的時候，歐美很多工廠車間突然興起瞭一種潔凈的車間环氧地坪，這類环氧地坪相對比普通地坪來說，優點很明顯，幹凈，容易清洗。而且耐磨，使用的時間長。它主要使用的是整體聚合物面層，後來就稱它為环氧地坪。一直到今天，环氧地坪密封固化劑被廣泛的應用於建築材料中。

1、優良的附著力：环氧地坪塗料具有許多羥基及醚鍵，所以能與底材料吸附。而且环氧樹脂固化時體積收縮率低（僅2%左右），故漆膜對金屬（鋼，鋁），陶瓷，玻璃，混凝土，木材等極性底材均有優良的附著力。

3、韌性好：與熱固性酚醛樹脂塗料相比較，环氧地坪塗料含芳环而堅硬，有醚鍵便於分子鏈的旋轉，具有一定的韌性，而不像酚醛樹脂很脆（因其交聯間距比环氧樹脂短）。环氧樹脂交聯間距長，便於內旋轉，环氧樹脂的分子量越大則交聯間距越大。
