樹脂自流平环氧地坪發花的三個原因

环氧樹脂自流平地坪由於其美觀，耐用，防塵，所以主要適用於對潔凈要求高的醫藥生產車間，電子廠房和辦公室等區域。环氧樹脂自流平地坪的美觀主要因為該环氧地坪材料具有優良的流平性，可以自己自動流平，所以平整度高，光澤度高。但在环氧自流平實際施工過程中，偶爾會出現环氧地坪發花的問題，原因主要是以下這些原因：

However, in the actual construction process of epoxy self-leveling, occasional problems of epoxy flooring blossom occur, mainly due to the following reasons:
1、表面有小氣泡，整體顏色深淺不一致，环氧地坪局部出現發白。

這主要是因為环氧自流平的材料消泡能力差，可選擇更強的消泡劑進行消泡處理，同時可以調整填料和活性稀釋劑的比例，減少填料，增加火星稀釋劑；再者選擇黏度小，但固化時間長的固化劑。

顏料中鈦白比較重，碳黑透水地坪最輕，這導致在配置灰色的材料時，兩種顏色顆粒由於重量的原因出現分層。一般要求一份黑他碳需要一分助劑，大約兩分环氧和兩份活性稀釋劑來配制色漿，一般研磨三遍以上
